Steven Kodama has been in the practice of architecture and planning for over 40 years after receiving his formal education in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley. He is licensed to practice in the states of California, Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado and is certified with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

Steven’s architectural and planning experience covers a very broad range, from housing and community facilities to education and commercial projects. Over the past thirty years, he has become involved with community and user-oriented projects such as community housing developments, special needs projects, residential complexes for seniors, and social service facilities. His focus on direct involvement with the many non-profit organizations and community groups involved has resulted in successful community and residential environments for a wide range of individuals. These projects have been recognized by both the design and building industries, winning awards over the past two decades.
