Media5 Architecture transformed a group of five dilapidated industrial buildings into the home of BMW of Honolulu. The facility was designed to meet the strict guidelines of BMW North America, yet blend into the unique setting of its surroundings.

The interior consists of an exposed structural system to give the automobile showroom a state-of-the-art appearance. An inviting and intimate setting was created in the retail area by using warm wood tones and an open grid ceiling for the patrons shopping or sipping coffee in the café area. Also under the roof of this facility are the service department with 20 service bays, offices for facility support and locker rooms for the employees.
