This design-build project on Hickam Air Force Base includes the renovation of a 3-story dormitory consisting of 95 rooms, 48 bathrooms, and three laundry rooms. HVAC repairs include supply and exhaust ventilation, kitchenette and locker room repair, day and laundry room repair, electrical support including for AV in common areas and other associated appurtenances, fire alarm and suppression system throughout the facility.
