Media5 Architecture recently completed a remodel of the 14,272 sq ft McDonald’s Hawaii Regional Office. McDonald’s decided to renew their lease and remain in their existing location but reduce their leasable area by approximately 2,800 sq ft and re-configure a portion of the remaining office to accommodate their new layout. Along with the changes in the floor plan, the renovation included new modular systems furniture, new carpeting, new phone system, wireless data access, new audio visual system in the training room, and audio visual upgrades provided throughout. Media5 also provided upgrades to the reception area.
