About the Project

Also known as "Restaurant Row", One Waterfront Plaza is a prime property in downtown Honoulu that uses a combination of residential, commercial and industrial uses for a total “live and work” environment. Media5 worked within the stringent urban design guidelines of the Kaka’ako District to design a 1,000,000 SF office, commercial, and restaurant facility that integrates well with the Capitol District’s open spaces. One Waterfront Plaza’s seven mid-rise office buildings are linked by an inviting pedestrian mall, and are serviced by an integrated parking structure for 1200 vehicles.

Recognized as the largest parking structure in the State of Hawaii, One Waterfront Plaza's parking facility boasts an impressive 1,200 spaces on 5 levels. The structure is integrated into the center of the development along with a central utility plant designed to serve seven different lobbies. Media5 also created a rooftop garden on top of the structure to create a sense of open space.
