Media5 Architecture designed this 6-story, 44-unit low-rise rental apartment complex along the scenic Ala Wai Canal in Waikiki. This was the first new apartment building in Waikiki to be built in 25 years. To help the building owners profitably target the low to middle rental market, Media5 utilized a highly efficient system design to optimize the costeffectiveness of the major systems of the building. The compelling design resulting from this approach enabled the owner to meet its development goals well within budget.
